Step one : Use base adhesive silicone AD-9 mix with catalyst AD-C ratio at 100:5,print 2 times,bake dry every time then go forward next time printing,setting baking temperature at 125℃,about every time bake about 60 seconds
Step 2 :print middle layer silicone 2301B(TZ)as cross linker,mix with catalyst AS-100 ratio at 100:5,print 2 times, bake dry every time then go forward next time printing,setting baking temperature at 125℃,about every time bake about 60 seconds
Step 2-2: For some nylon fabric or some fabric which very hard to adhesive with silicone,need to do this step,print nylon adhesive base glue,mix AS9801A with catalyst AS-3 ratio at 10:1,print 2 times, bake dry every time then go forward next time printing,setting baking temperature at 125℃,about every time bake about 60 seconds
Step 3 :Print sharp effect silicone as base coating,mix AS2301A with catalyst AS-3 ratio at 10:1,add 10% reducer(thinner)in it,print 10-20 times depend on the thickness you need , bake dry every printing then go forward next time printing,setting baking temperature at 125℃,about every time bake about 60 seconds
Step 4: Print the round corner silicone as color coating.
Tips:you can print one layer clear round corner silicone first,then add color to print the next step if you screen plate design with dot effect pattern.for solid color design pattern can skip this step.
The surface will be very smooth and good effect.mix silicone ink AS-3302A with catalyst AS-3 ratio at 10:1,print one layer only,after silicone ink levelling then bake dry it and going next step color coating,how many screen plate depend on your design,print the round corner silicone as color coating,mix silicone ink AS-3302A with catalyst AS-3 ratio at 10:1,and Appropriate amount of diluents(according to the consistency of silica gel)and add pigment about 10%(dark color)-20%(other light color),print 2-5 times depend on your fabric color.bake every printing then go forward next time printing,setting baking temperature at 125℃,about every time bake about 50 seconds
Step 5:Surface coating.Print shinny glossy surface silicone AS-3303AG,mix with catalyst AS-3 ratio at 10:1,print 1-2 times,wait some minutes,you can’t bake it until the silicone flow well and bubble disappear,final with 3D,no cracks,no bubbles and shinny effect obtained.
